We appreciated staying in this hotel!

reasonably priced venue with a nice lobby.

Clean hotel, plentiful breakfast, the location is ideal close to the cable cars as well as Chinatown, Union Square. Breakfast with pastries, very sweet cakes, good coffee...

The property is fairly clean, has very good staff and rooms. A wide range of food at the breakfast, including croissants and muffins

Generally everything was very clean, yet the bathroom was old. The breakfast had a good choice of options : muffins and croissants. Also, I enjoyed how handy the location was. Besides, a modern art museum was just 1 km away.

Staff was efficient, breakfast was delicious, perfect location right in the center of the city. I loved easy check in too.

Fun stay, perfect place for exploring the city. Reasonably clean place, staff was helpful enough. The bed was really big, and I loved that the room was adequate and well-organised. And btw there were extraordinary views of the sea! Location close enough to Union Square, pier 39, Chinatown.

We had a RESTFUL experience here. Lovely breakfast, especially pastries, cereals, eggs and bakery, the staff was phenomenal. Perfect, and immaculate rooms. A bathtub was elegant and everything was great.

We would definitely recommend this accommodation, thanks for a lovely stay. The staff is pleasant, the breakfast well organised, the ocation is unbeatable close to Union Square, Chinatown and many travel options and the center of Union Square and trolley line.

Nice comfy base for exploring San Francisco. We liked this place, everything was very clean.

It was reasonably priced, compared to other prime hotels. Impressive location, near to Union Square, the cable car, the centre of the city, though the area was awful. Nice large room, luxurious bathroom. The staff were more than helpful in all my needs.

My room had not very good view.

The place was well priced. We liked all the hotel offered: perfect beds and beautiful staff. Its location was spectacular and in a downtown area. Again, it was walking distance to san francisco playhouse.

We had the most nice few days there. Affordable accommodation with ideal setting just next door to Union Square as well as city center.

The breakfast was light, the staff was courteous, the grounds were fairly clean. With easy check-in and fast check-out, this hotel was practical.

Everything was incredible from the unparalleled service to the outstanding food. The room was freshly renovated, with smart decor and climate control, fridge and television for our comfort. Private beach, we loved the view of marina. Green garden and nice pool.

Astonishing breakfasts plus very efficient staff - incredible stay. The units are compact, designer. The furniture is original.

really enjoyed staff and location, they were fine. i stayed in the room that was cleaned everyday and available with toiletries, air-conditioning and comfortable queen bed. bacon, eggs and bakery at breakfast.

Splendid hotel centrally located for our needs, extra attentive staff. Well-maintained unit with a very charming decor. Freshly cooked breakfast, terrific service. The beach is wonderful and the views are worth every penny.

Really enjoyable stay in a safe hotel. Staff and rooms are impressive, I loved large bed. The outdoor restaurant is good, serves creative dishes. The view is incredible and the pool is excellent.

Our queen room had heating, a safe and a writing desk...

Staff was FRIENDLY and we appreciated our stay. Room was great value. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Aliment that was only 5 minutes' walk away.
